  • What types of beds will I find in the room I booked?
    The type of bed is usually specified in the room sheet. If you have any special requests or needs you can indicate them at the time of booking by writing them in the "special requests" field which will be forwarded directly to the property. In this process MeTour is not responsible.
  • What is Paga in Structural and what are Payment Pre-Authorisations?
    When you book, some facilities offer the possibility of paying directly at the facility. In these cases you will simply be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the booking, but without any charge. The sum will be taken from your credit card only in the cases provided for by the policies and conditions relating to your booking. In other cases, when the Partner does not adopt automatic availability and booking systems, but confirms reservations "manually", then you will be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the reservation, and then be directly charged at the same time as the Partner confirms the booking (within 24-48 hours). At that moment you will receive an email with the booking confirmation and payment.
  • How do I know if my card has been pre-authorized?
    By consulting your credit card balance you will see that your available balance will be temporarily reduced by the amount of your booking. In other cases and depending on the policy of your credit card circuit, you may also find an entry in the monthly summary of card movements: "pending operation". The pre-authorization block, depending on the situation, will be maintained according to the policies and terms and conditions of what has been booked.

Great value for money
During our three night stay at Anantara, we ate here twice! When I say there is every cuisine you can imagine- I mean it! I was concerned as a non-seafood eater my choices would be limited, but this was not the case at all. The food variety is exceptional, as well as the quality. In our two nights, we experienced different performance which begin at 7pm. We enjoyed every second of our dinner. I would highly recommend this dinner buffet.

Une délicieuse soirée au bord du fleuve Chao Praya. Buffet magnifique.
Nous avons profité de notre séjour à l'Anantara Siam Bangkok pour retourner dîner au Riverside. Encore une fois nous avons passé un agréable moment avec des mets de qualité, un magnifique choix de plats thaï, indiens, mais aussi fruits de mer, sushis, sashimis, poissons, calamars, viandes grillés et un grand choix de fromages et de desserts. Accueil souriant, personnel bienveillant, nous sommes bien en Thaïlande. Bangkok est une ville magique, la modernité y côtoie le traditionnel ...on y trouve l'agitation mais aussi des endroits calmes, sereins comme le Riverside . Dîner au bord du fleuve Chao Praya après avoir pris le bateau pour s'y rendre est un moment si agréable, un peu hors du temps. Les enfants trouveront également leur bonheur. Ne pas oublier de réserver pour avoir une table en terrasse proche du fleuve. Seul bémol ne pas ranger et retirer les produits quand il y a encore des personnes entrain de diner...mais c'est un détail.

We took advantage of our stay at the Anantara Siam Bangkok to return for dinner at the Riverside. Once again we had a pleasant time with quality dishes and a magnificent choice of Thai and Indian dishes, but also seafood, sushi, sashimi, fish, squid, grilled meats and a large choice of cheeses and desserts. Very pleasant and smiling welcome, friendly staff, we are in Thailand. Bangkok is a magical city, modernity rubs shoulders with traditional...there is hustle and bustle but also calm, serene places like the Riverside. Dining on the banks of the Chao Praya River after taking the boat to get there is such a pleasant moment, a little out of time. Children will also find what they are looking for. Don't forget to book to have a table on the terrace near the river. The only downside is not storing and removing the products when there are still people dining...but that's a detail.

Allenfalls Durchschnitt!
Um mit dem Besten zu starten: Der Ausblick von der Terrasse des Riverside ist wunderschön - man sitzt direkt am Fluss und hat die Skyline von Bangkok sowie auf dem Fluss fahrende Schiffe als Aussicht. Die Buffettauswahl ist groß, die Qualität der Speisen allerdings nur durchschnittlich; die Vorspeisenauswahl ist arm. Das Servicepersonal ist offensichtlich unausgebildet, sehr unbeholfen und spricht - soweit nicht an den Buffettstationen eingesetzt - zu über 90% kein Englisch. Wir werden das Restaurant nicht nochmal besuchen.

Per essere un buffet Anantara, un po’ deludente. Il buffet del shangri-la mille volte meglio . La ragazza che ci ha accolto è presa cura di noi, di nome Rich, è carinissima e gentilissima

C’est l’endroit , indispensable visite .
Au bord de la riviére , loin des rues embouteillés d’un Bankok irrespirable de pollution , voila un coin de paradis .Le plus grand hotel de la ville , l’oriental (devenu Mandarin Oriental ) offre sa terrasse inoubliable .Vous pouvez prendre juste un plat sur la partie droite de la terrasse , mais l’endroit c’est le buffet avec spécialités Thaie et japonaises , buffet de homards et grosses crevettes , poissons , délicieuses viandes et si vous avez encore faim ...les meilleures glaces et gaufres du coin . La vue sur la riviére est apaisante , les lueurs des bateaux côtoient les berges .Le service est empressé .L’addition un peu élévée pour la Thailande ...mais vous n’etes pas Thailandais .

Una nuche inolvidable
Una maravillosa experiencia sobre el rio.
Muy buena variedad de mariscos,con comida muy lograda en general.

Ottimo buffet degustazione
Purtroppo, ignari degli orari di chiusura serale del ristorante cioè alle 22, ci siamo trovati a dover cenare in 45 minuti dato che avevamo prenotato per le 21.
Il che visto l'enorme e variegato buffet "all you can eat", è stato un peccato e uno spreco.
In pochissimo tempo abbiamo cercato di provare più portate, sia buffet caldo che freddo con chef che preparano piatti al momento. Costo della cena per due più bibite circa 115 euro. Insomma, ci ritornerei ma dalle 19 in modo da fare con calma e provare un po tutti i buoni piatti proposti. Servizio non adeguato al prezzo.

eccezionale tutto, location antipasti primi secondi dolce veramente mai mangiato cosi bene in thailandia, dopo 2 sole al 3 giorno abbiamo trovato una location eccezionale. complimenti a tutti

Paradisiaca abbondanza in una cornice suggestiva
Gaetanomansi (recensione che mi precede) ha perfettamente riassunto il lato tecnico del ristorante che ho frequentato per colazione e per cena. L'hotel internazionale potrebbe limitarsi a proporre tante buone cose un po' freddamente: qui invece ad una scelta di cibi incredibilmente pluricontinentale e gentilmente proposta, si scopre anche un fil rouge filosofico di ricerca della soddisfazione del cliente che va dalla rara e preziosa esposizione di statuette di elefanti, all'affacciarsi del sito al bel fiume, allo spettacolo folcloristico coinvolgente. Certo il buffet richiede un minimo di disciplina culinaria per non fare confusione nei gusti e nelle proposte: detto questo ogni palato trova la sua soddisfazione. La migliore colazione della mia vita, realizzata grazie ad un impiego oculato di una dovizia di mezzi che solo un hotel di queste dimensioni può permettersi: tutti gli alllievi delle nostre scuole alberghiere dovrebbero una volta frequentarlo per avere una visione di questo alto standing professionale.Torneremo.

Excelente para tomar un trago a la tardecita
Esta terraza hermosisima con vista al chao praya es ideal para ir a relajarse después de un día intenso en Bangkok. Recomiendo tomarse una cerveza apreciando la gran vista o alguno de sus espectáculos típicos que ofrecen por las tardes - noches.
